2025 | Reflection Week for 18-35 year olds

the next reflection week for 18-35 year-olds will be held at Taizé from 24 to 31 August 2025.

This reflection week is open for all those from 18-35 years old—students, young professionals, volunteers or those looking for work.

Because of this special program, we ask high-school students, adults over 35 and families to choose another week to come to Taizé.


Typical day

  • 8:15am morning prayer with a reflection in the church, followed by breakfast
  • 10:15am workshops or work
  • 12:20pm midday prayer, then meal
  • 3:00pm workshops or work
  • 5:00pm snack
  • 5:45pm small-group sharing
  • 7:00pm meal
  • 8:30pm evening prayer

Workshops by topic

This reflection week for 18-35 year-olds is characterized by a large variety of workshops on different topics, with guest speakers from different backgrounds.

Here is a first list of confirmed workshops - there will be more in the coming weeks.

  • ■ Owning your story: Journalism and ethical storytelling to inspire change
  • ■ Feeding the multitudes: The untold story of Taizé’s «Big Kitchen».
