Daily Prayers by Brother Matthew

Faithful God, you are preparing a feast for us where nothing is lacking and from which no one will be excluded. You will wipe away our tears and take away all humiliation. And if we do not hear your invitation, may your Holy Spirit open the ears of our hearts, for you count on our presence at your table and rejoice to welcome us. Then we will run with joy—with our strengths and our weaknesses—to take the place to which you invite us.
